The Growth Hub supports businesses across Shropshire, but its brand needed to work harder. It had to feel clearer, more consistent and more relevant to the people using it, from early-stage founders to established local businesses.
The challenge was to create a brand that felt supportive without feeling generic, professional without feeling corporate, and flexible enough to work across campaigns, print, digital and partner communications. It also needed to speak to a wide audience without losing clarity.
We developed a clearer brand identity and messaging system for the Growth Hub, then applied it across launch materials, campaign assets and practical communications. The result was a more confident and personal public-facing brand built to support adoption and day-to-day use.
